Ian Fletcher has spent a lifetime sowing and investing into the lives of anyone whose path has crossed with what he has come to know as the tangible reality of both the ‘Message of the Gospel’ and the ‘Message of the Kingdom’.

Throughout the past forty——plus years of his Christian walk, he has served both within the secular community and in numerous chapters and roles as an ordained minister. While being fully committed to serving as a senior pastor and a leader in many visionary, coalface programs within the unchurched community, he has always felt led to maintain a permanent and pragmatic connection to the outset of his working life——as a tradesman in the construction industry.

Married for over 40 years, Ian and wife Heidi have two adult children and four grandchildren. Ian continues to work as a builder in their business on the southeast coast of Australia.
